Prior to this role, Paolo was the Chief Go-to-Market Practices Officer for NTT Ltd., and prior to that the Group Chief Operating Officer, Go-to-Market for Dimension Data. He has extensive experience in establishing, transforming, and running businesses, and most recently, was instrumental in merging and consolidating various entities of Dimension Data Applications and the Britehouse Group, into a single application business with a common brand.

Paolo holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa. Paolo lives in London with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, sports cars, cycling, and playing golf. He also enjoys watching sports, specifically Formula 1, MotoGP, rugby, and cricket.
